The timing of the transfer of funds to the Agency by this Tax Warrant Collection System may vary and you are responsible for making payments in a timely manner.
A payment submitted by You through this Tax Warrant Collection System implies Your compliance with the law.

Definitions.
1. "Account" refers to the source of funds for Your Transaction; these sources can include an advance of credit, a debit drawn from funds on deposit, or a reduction of pre-paid funds accessed through a card.
2. "Agency" means the sheriff's office to which You are attempting to make a payment via Lieberman Technologies through their contract with Lieberman Technologies for the processing of transactions.
3. "Card" means a credit, debit, or pre-paid debit card issued by Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover®, as indicated by that association's logo on the front of the card.
4. "Claim" means a formal challenge regarding a payment made through Lieberman Technologies for a transaction which You believe is unauthorized, filed with Your card issuer.
5. "Lieberman Technologies," "Our," "Us," or "We" means Lieberman Technologies, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company with principal offices located at 323 Metro Avenue, Evansville, Indiana, 47715, and any of its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates.
6. "Holidays" means all days on which U.S. banks are closed, including New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (Fourth of July), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
7. "Issuer" means a bank, thrift, credit union, or other financial institution or organization that provided or sold to You Your Card. The Issuer's name and contact information, such as a phone number and website, will typically appear on the back of Your Card.
8. "Privacy Policy" means Our Privacy Policy, which may be revised from time to time without further notice to You or any other party, and which is available for viewing at www.indianataxwarrant.com, and incorporated herein.
9. "Service" means the methods Lieberman Technologies uses to obtain an authorization to process a charge to or debit the funds in Your Account for the purpose of funding Your payment to an Agency. Lieberman Technologies DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE AND THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR CONSULTING AN ATTORNEY.
10. "Service Fees" means those amounts You will be charged for making a payment through Lieberman Technologies as disclosed to You through Our payment web site when You attempt to make Your payment.
11. "Terms" means these Terms of Service.
12. "Transaction" means a payment made or attempted with Your Card through the Service to an Agency.
13. "Unauthorized Transaction" means a Transaction You believe was in error, was fraudulent or was otherwise made without Your permission using Your Card through Lieberman Technologies.
14. "You," "Your," or "Yourself" means the individual who is attempting to complete a Transaction using a Card through the Lieberman Technologies Service.
You represent that You are authorized, competent and qualified to accept these Terms of Service.
1. By initiating a Transaction You represent and warrant that You (1) are either an adult at least 18 years of age, an emancipated minor, or legally acting within Your authority as an agent, contractor, employee, officer or director of an entity or organization, and (2) agree that these Terms constitute a binding obligation upon You or the entity or organization You represent. As such, We are relying on the fact that You are legally authorized, competent and able to contract, understand and agree that these Terms constitute a binding obligation upon You and/or the entity or organization You represent.
The function of this Tax Warrant Collection System in this capacity is limited to accepting your payment.
1. We offer a process that You have chosen to use to make a payment to another entity, typically an Agency or a third-party that Lieberman Technologies is assisting to serve an Agency. We provide additional support such as toll-free telephone and email access to customer service representatives to assist with questions or Claims.
If You have questions about Your payment please contact Lieberman Technologies.
1. We will attempt to answer Your questions about Your payment, such as the amount, date, Agency to which it was directed, and payment type based on system records available to us.
2. You may call 812-434-6600, send an email to IndianaTaxWarrant@LTnow.com, or send your questions via regular United States Mail to Indiana Tax Warrant, c/o Lieberman Technologies LLC, 323 Metro Ave., Evansville IN 47715. You must include Your county and warrant number with all correspondence.
3. Lieberman Technologies will not answer questions about the underlying obligation, such how Your taxes, fees, fines, or other obligations were calculated, or how an Agency may apply Your payment. Lieberman Technologies DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR CONSULTING AN ATTORNEY.
Review Our Privacy Policy prior to initiating Your Transaction.
1. You will be deemed to agree to our Privacy Policy by initiating a Transaction. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained by you due to or resulting from Our failure to adhere to Our Privacy Policy
Your payment to this Tax Warrant Collection System will only be processed if Your Card Issuer authorizes Us to process the payment.
1. This Tax Warrant Collection System accepts and processes cards bearing the Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®, brands only, and any other payment method will not be accepted. We will not attempt to obtain authorization nor accept payment for a Transaction involving any other type of Card. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to You for attempting to use a payment method that is not authorized by Us.
You are responsible for the cost of all Service Fees for making each payment, which are described on Our website and incorporated into these Terms of Service. Service Fees may be changed in our discretion and we have no obligation to notify You of any changes to our Service Fees.
1. Service Fees are non-refundable. You have the right to cancel any Transaction before making payment and becoming responsible for Service Fees, which will be charged to Your Account.
How Your payment is determined is at the discretion of The Agency, and not by Lieberman Technologies.
1. This Tax Warrant Collection System will transmit funds as the Agency has directed Us for all Transactions involving that Agency. Once Lieberman Technologies have paid funds have to the Agency, the Agency is solely responsible for how those funds are applied, as well as for any refunds. If You disagree with how Your payment was applied by the Agency, please contact the Agency and not Lieberman Technologies.
If You believe an unauthorized transaction has been made through this Tax Warrant Collection System using Your card, You should contact the Issuer of Your Card.
1. If You believe a payment is an Unauthorized Transaction, You should first contact the Card Issuer, and not Lieberman Technologies, through the contact method and information that appears on Your Card, such as a toll-free telephone number, web site or email address, and discuss with the Issuer any possible Claim You may have. If You file a Claim with Your Card Issuer about a suspected Unauthorized Transaction, the Claim will then be referred to Lieberman Technologies for review. This Tax Warrant Collection System reviews Claims during Our regular business hours, which are currently from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Central Time Zone Monday through Friday, Holidays excluded, and which may be changed from time to time without notice to You. You must make any Claim, in writing, to Lieberman Technologies within one (1) year after the Transaction to which it relates. Some Issuers may have specific rules or requirements about Your Transaction depending on the type of payment You make. Issuer and employer policies are out of this Tax Warrant Collection System's control. Please refer to documents made available to You with Your Card or the Issuer's web site for more information. Regardless of the validity of a Claim, Lieberman Technologies shall not be liable for any Claim made after the one-year period after the date the Claim is submitted to Lieberman Technologies.
Lieberman Technologies’ LIMITED LIABILITY.
1. Our sole obligation to You is to make payments to the Agency you have identified to Us through Your use of the Service in the amounts that this Tax Warrant Collection System has been informed by Your Card's Issuer have been authorized. This Tax Warrant Collection System, together with any incidental goods and related services, are provided on an as-is, as-available basis. Lieberman Technologies makes no warranties that all or any part of the Service will be error free or uninterrupted and disclaims all other representations or warranties (none having been made), express or implied, including without limitation any warranties regarding quality, suitability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. LIEBERMAN TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, TREBLE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST GOODWILL, LOST REVENUE AND LOST OPPORTUNITY) ARISING OUT OF ANY OF THESE TERMS, THE SERVICE, OR WITH RESPECT TO LIEBERMAN TECHNOLOGIES’ PERFORMANCE.

1. You are responsible for providing this Tax Warrant Collection System accurate information so We can process Your payment in a timely manner. 1. Assignment. These Terms and any rights granted and obligations You accept as provided for under the terms of Terms of Service are personal to You and You may not transfer or assign them to any person or entity.
2. Complete Agreement; Interpretation. These Terms, along with Our Privacy Policy, forms the entire understanding between You and Lieberman Technologies regarding Your use of the Service. We may amend these Terms, Our Services Fees and/or Our Privacy Policy at any time, from time to time, and without notice to You or any other party by posting an updated version on Our website. If a court holds any of these Terms to be invalid or unenforceable, any Term or part of a Term that was not held to be invalid or unenforceable will still apply and will be enforced. All headings set forth herein are included for the convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation hereof, nor shall any weight or value be given to the relative position of any part or provision hereof in relation to any other provision in determining such construction.
3. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction. You agree that:
  1. The Service this Tax Warrant Collection System provides is solely based on and reliant upon human and technical resources that are within the State of Indiana.

  5. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of any state or federal court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, and irrevocably waive any objection to any proceeding so commenced based upon any claim of improper venue or forum non coveniens.
4. In the event of a dispute with You involving an Account, the Service, Our Service Fees, Our Privacy Policy, any Transaction, these Terms, or the respective rights of You and Lieberman Technologies, Lieberman Technologies shall be entitled to recover from You all of its costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ and experts' fees, in or out of litigation and if in litigation, trial, appellate, bankruptcy or other proceedings, expended or incurred by Us in connection therewith.
5. INDEMNIFICATION. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU COVENANT AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS LIEBERMAN TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, JUDGMENTS, CONTROVERSIES, LIABILITIES, FINES, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES, EXPERT WITNESS FEES AND OTHER EXPENSES, WHETHER BASED IN COMMON LAW, TORT, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STATUTE, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAWS, OR OTHERWISE ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, THE TAX WARRANT COLLECTION SYSTEM, OUR PRIVACY POLICY, AND/OR THESE TERMS.
